EdgeFrame

The EdgeFrame product family, established in early 2006, comprised a Support Ticketing Helpdesk and a Content Management System (CMS).

The Helpdesk system was tailored for large corporates and Czech governmental agencies, providing robust support and streamlined ticketing processes.

Notable clients included the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Regional Development, University of Chemistry and Technology, and the Czech Telecommunication Office.

Meanwhile, the CMS was designed primarily for small and mid-size websites requiring frequent, on-demand content updates.

This system was adopted by clients such as Volkswagen Group, BMW Invelt, Starobrno Brewery, and Heineken Brewery, demonstrating its versatility and effectiveness in content management across various sectors.
